| Carrot (grated) | 1/2 cup |
| Boiled green beans (chopped) | 1/4 cup |
| Capsicum (finely chopped) | 1/4 cup |
| Butter | 2 tablespoons |
| Green chutney (coriander-mint) | 2–3 tablespoons |
| Black pepper powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
| Chaat masala | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Salt | As per taste |
| Cheese slices (optional) | 2–3 slices |
๐ช Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients:

Boil and mash the potatoes.

Grate or finely chop the remaining vegetables.

Slice the bread edges if preferred.

Keep green chutney and butter ready.
2. Make the Veg Filling:

In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, grated carrot, green beans, and capsicum.

Add salt, black pepper, and chaat masala.

Mix well to form a smooth vegetable spread.
3. Assemble the Sandwich:

Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.

On top of the butter, apply green chutney.

Spread a generous layer of the vegetable filling.

Place cucumber, tomato, and onion slices over it.

Add a slice of cheese if using.

Cover with another slice of bread (also buttered and chutney on the inside).
4. To Toast or Not (Optional):

For a toasted sandwich, grill or toast in a sandwich toaster or on a tawa (pan) until golden and crisp.
